500 = Calories needed to burn or take away per day to lose 1 lb per week
3500 = Calories needed to burn or take away per week to lose 1 lb
1000 = Calories needed to burn or take away per day to lose 2 lbs per week
7000 = Calories needed to burn or take away per week to lose 2 lbs
11389 = Weekly calories needed to lose 1 lb per week (1627/day)
7889 = Weekly calories needed to lose 2 lbs per week (1127/day)
Kind of crazy to look at it that way, huh!
So, take 7889 calories a WEEK (1127 calories a day) for a total intake of calories (after working out) into consideration when looking at these foods (These are not foods I've eaten during this, but just something to think about, as lots of Americans eat these foods or foods just like it, or worse, every day):
