So... my caloric intake is supposed to be around 1710 calories a day for me to lose 2 lbs per week with my current activity level.
Sometimes I end up eating very light calories through the day and sort of "SAVE" them for dinner. Here are some interesting factoids as I have around 1200 calories for the remainder of my day and am contemplating my dinner.
580 calories = 1 Big Mac Sandwich
1150 calories = 1 Big Mac Sandwich and 1 Large Fry
720 calories = 4 slices of Medium Pizza Hut Veggie Lovers Thin and Crispy Pizza
760 calories = 4 slices of Medium Pizza Hut Cheese Thin and Crispy Pizza
690 calories = 1 Ultimate Chicken Grill and Baked Potato / Chives from Wendy's
290 calories = 1 Lean Cuisine Macaroni and Cheese
220 calories = 2 cups Healthy Choice New England Clam Chowder
180 calories = 1 cheesy bread stick from Pizza Hut
I think it's veggie lovers thin crust pizza!!! :)
