This is exactly what I was talking about in my last comment, hon. There's all these people out there who rely on these websites, diets, and "general" fitness and weight loss plans to help them get in shape.

What I think the best thing to do is educate yourself on what exercises do what and what food will help you accomplish your goals.

Everyone is different and can't just rely on the "one size fits all" approach.
