Beanie Sprouts.

I had a really good workout at the gym today. 30 minutes on the elliptical = 300 calories burned. With that, I also did some bosu work, some crunches and a bit of weight training. :)

Oh, and I'm down almost six pounds - through the holidays, that makes me really happy.

I came from the gym and I was ravenous. I decided to make a salad. I bought a bunch of spinach (was on sale, and it's soooo good for you!) - Dan doesn't like spinach, so I made this salad with some cucumber, mushrooms, bean sprouts, some of the leftover fish from last night and a sprinkling of sunflower and pumpkin seeds. I use the BEST dressing - it's Newman's Own Light Walnut Raspberry dressing - it's delicious.

(266 calories - yum! Would have been less if I didn't use the seeds, and I actually think I'm overestimating the calories, but I'd rather be safe. I don't get into really measuring my food.)


I washed it down with a delicious Arizona Iced Tea (0 calories)
