Alrighty!
So, I joined this challenge called the Healthy You Challenge (HYC) - and I've noticed a lot of other bloggers do a check-in / weigh-in on Tuesdays. So... (I didn't weigh in today) - I am going to make Tuesdays my check-in / weigh-in day. I'll report losses and/or gains every week.
And since I didn't weigh in today, I'll do one tomorrow.
