217.2 - Down from 219.2 on the 14th (today is the 20th).
So, that's a solid two pounds if we look at it from "week to week" - but on the 15th I weighed in at 217.8, so if you look at it that, way, from Thursday to today (Tues) I only lost .6 pounds.
Ah well. I feel okay about it - I'm just not used to such slow weight loss. Hopefully it keeps up and I continue to lose 2 lbs per week.
I have my 2nd personal training session tonight, and am fully expecting to get my arse kicked again. Tammy and I are going to sit down and talk about my weight loss and all that - I gave her a copy of my caloric intake last week . She's probably going to tell me to only eat low fat or fat free cheeses and to lower my intake of breads. Also she'll tell me I'm not working out enough.
We'll see, but that's my prediction. ;)
