Measurements

Andrew asked if I tape. I do. I measure myself every few weeks, so I thought I'd post the changes in my measurements.

Hey! That's a nice difference in your waist! I need to measure myself but my fear is that I won't do it in the same spots consistently. How do you handle that?

I've been measuring myself for a long time, and I pay attention when I get it done at the gym by my trainer. So, it's the widest part of my hips under the butt, and the smallest indent at my waist. Or you can just go by the belly button! :)
