Don't believe the magazines.

Please. Because it's WAY too easy for them to do this kind of thing. And they do it EVERY SINGLE TIME. Changing this beautiful girl's entire image took me a measly 10 minutes. Seriously, it's ridiculous. This is why I do NOT photoshop anyone's image when I do portraits. I'll clone out a few pimples if they show up, or perhaps brighten up someone's eyes, but I refuse to change the way their bodies look. I won't distort you. It's just wrong.

You're beautiful the way you are. The fictional characters you see in magazines are NOT REAL.

Wow, that really is an eye-opener! I knew they were doing it, but I guess you never really think about the extent of it...

Isn't that crazy?! I think so. It's interesting that you post about this particular subject because the other day I got an email from some woman who has this website where she photoshops peopless body's so they can see what they look like after they lose all the weight. I'm not sure what she wanted from me, but I refuse to be associated with that type of thing. My weight loss is real. I have lost almost 40 pounds, and I'm proud of it. Why don't people just do the work necessary to get the body they want instead of photoshopping away the fat?! Don't get it?

That is insane! I hate magazines for that exact reason.

I left something for you on my newest post.
