Bad weekend.

Well, it was actually a GREAT weekend photography wise. Eating wise? I shoved copious amounts of salt, sugar and carbs into my face. I woke up this morning feeling like a bloated saline balloon, and my face is totally broken out.

Truly, the sugar isn't worth it. I'm not usually a sugar fiend either, but for some reason this weekend I couldn't get enough candy.

Last week I was so freakin' busy I only went to the gym twice. I ran ONCE last week. BAD! I have plans to go back and start running again tonight.

So anyways, I haven't weighed in because I know it'll be a terrible number and I will piss myself off even further. I'm gonna bust my patootie at the gym this week, eat better and see how things look next week. I just don't want to keep obsessing over the scale. It only depresses me.

We all fall off the stupid bandwagon here and there and if we beat ourselves up about it too much, we'll never get back on it. You may have eaten like crap, but you're going to get back on track and show the scale whose boss. i have faith in you and am rooting for you.

I fell off the bandwagon this weekend too with my eating. This is going to be a better week though. I am also planning on getting some exercise in daily, although that will be tough. Good luck to you.

I tend to give the scale a rest when I've had an especially bad weekend. This last one wasn't awful, but I went to a party and then I was out of town hanging with a guy who likes beer, sweets and pizza, pretty much the Standard American Diet, so even with a lot of exercise, I know my weight will be up, from beer, salt, and um, constipation. I'll give it 2-3 days to stabilize.

Yep, I studiously avoid the scale when I know it's going to piss me off. Good luck getting back on track. You can do it!!! And your photots are gorgeous. You are such a talent!!

Long weekends seem to affect a lot of people this way - too much temptation out there!

Have a great week getting back on track - you can do it!

Tough weekend for me as well, blame it on the holiday which provided ample opportunity for overindulgence!

Girl, not only did I fall off the wagon this weekend, I ATE the freakin thing! Yesterday I woke up and felt just as horrible as you did. I couldn't even workout. I plan on working out this morning and really kicking my butt. What makes things worse is that I had dinner with friends last night (more carbs) and have dinner with more friends tonight (Black Hawks game). AAGGHH!!!
