I need some sustanance. The fruit was great but couldn't hold me, so I made some delicious snackies. Organic whole wheat English muffins,
Justin's All Natural Almond Butter and some banana sliced on top. Along with that a nice cup of
Stonyfield Farm Plain organic yogurt, blueberries and museli. With that, a small glass of Silk Soy Milk. YUM!
