My friend Laura from high school referred me to livestrong.com for calorie tracking, weight tracking and a slew of other resources. It's a really cool website. I think my favorite thing is the graphing!
This is a graph that shows my calories for the last 10 days. It shows the recommended calories, the net calories (what "actually" counts after my working out/burned calories are deducted) and the gross calories.
Way cool, huh!
