That's "Healthy You Challenge" from Scale Junkie, and it's week 9, y'all.
I weighed in this morning at 212.0!
I actually was less than this when I cheat-weighed in, but I had WAY too much sodium yesterday... nearly 3000 mg. I stocked up on some morningstar non meat products and had both veggie bites and a veggie burger yesterday evening. So! I'm sure I'll see even a better drop next week if I don't eat two pre-packaged types of meals the night before my weigh in. Ha!
But, I'm up early to go Zumba, I'm eating a modified yummy oatmeal supernova (more like an oatmeal babynova) and I'm down 1.2 pounds! :)
