The new "IT" dress...flawless on every body & budget!‏

That's the title of an e-mail I recently got from Metrostyle. I LOVE their clothes, and have ordered boots, coats, etc from them many times. They have wide calf boots, which I can NEVER find. I'm sure some of you can understand what I'm talking about. Not being able to wear sexy boots because your calves are too wide SUCKS.

So... I was excited to see this e-mail. I opened it up, and saw this:

I don't know about any of you other curvier/heavier/fatter girls, but I would NOT wear this dress right now.

Maybe "flawless on every body" only refers to people without big arms, guts and bubble butts.

I'm with you! That dress is not for all figures! I would look totally ridiculous in it...

I'm pretty sure everyone without the figure of that model would look like a rainbow sausage in that dress.

And nobody wants to look like a rainbow sausage.

Yeah, it is funny how they try to categorize everyone the same. I have struggled with this, only from the men's side, most of my life. Fortunately, I think the designers are a little kinder to the men.

Flawless on every body...maybe they should show a model of a curvier girl to prove it! :)

Ummm... no.

I agree! Some body types do not belong in wild prints! I would be one of those people choosing to "layer" it! LOL!

I don't think that dress would work for everyone. I hate it when they do that. I also hate when you look through a plus size magaine and everyone in there looks like a size 6???

Well, the dress seems alright, except for the cut, the colors, the pattern, the arms, the length, the fabric and the style.

We could seek addiction treatment for ho hos, but I think the easier answer is to be totally comfortable with yourself. As a guy, I really don't care what a woman looks like or how she fits in a dress. In fact, if a woman feels her femininity with her curves, I find it all the sexier.

I could wear that dress (junior size 7) but I wouldn't 'cause it's eeeewgly.
