60 pounds in 5 months.

So, is it possible? Yes. Is it healthy? Hmmm, depends on your definition of healthy.

I found this calorie calculator thing online that you can input your height, weight, age and activity level along with the amount of weight you want to lose in a given amount of time. The calculator spits out the amount of calories you'd consume per day per week for those results. Mine are kind of hilarious.

Wanna figure out yours?

Well, that looks like pish-posh to me! I have lost 46 in 4.5 months with double the calorie intake (and I am SHORT). Mind you, I do work out like a demon though.

The workout factor is a big one, that is for sure. I still think 60 pounds in 5 months is a bit aggressive. Remember, stretch marks can come from losing too fast too. I have them to prove it from a previous weight loss venture.

Looks like a great way to bring on some binges, consume some muscle, make your metabolism more efficient, and gain some pounds. I don't think the site is really advocating that, it's just the calculations.
