This is bull crap. How LONG do you need to eat healthy and work out until some freakin' weight drops? SERIOUSLY.

  1. You're building muscle mass. The workouts ARE paying off! Give it some more time...you'll notice the goodness of a leaner body...and the lbs WILL start melting. Keep up the great work, too.

  3. Keep making healthy choices. It will pay off. And HEALTH is the goal, not the numbers on the scale. Yeah, easy to say, I know. I'm known to frequently curse at my scale. ;-)
