I saw her 1 year ago in a concert and she looked pretty unhealthy ,I almost didn't recognized her. For me she's the best singer in the world I love her.. but still i think she should do something. Actually she's not going up and down she just went up and said she's happy like that. If I would have that much of money I would get a cook and coach like all the stars do :-)

Good for you! I just completed the 9 week Couch to 5k Program only I don't have a treadmill so it was strictly out running trails and roads. Then on new years day my friend and I ran a 5k fun run and now we have plans for a 10 k in the spring and a 15 K in the summer...and gasp...I'm not sure if I'm in total agreement a half marathon in October. I don't always love running but always feel good after. I still need to lose some weight to make it easier.

I completely understand the holiday yum. It's hard not to - I feel like every event is centered around a meal and that's hard to help yourself. I'm excited to read your blog and see what kinds of vegetarian and vegan meals you make. I tried to do the vegetarian thing but it's just not my MO. But I still love vegetables and what not.

I know we all struggle at that time of year, and I know I sure did (I believe I had about a 10 lb gain between September and the end of December. I would love to one day get to that point where all that holiday junk doesn't even tempt me, but I've got a long way to go.
