You lose the most weight with more regular exercise. I can give you numerous examples of guys dropping over 80 lbs in periods as short as 2.5 months, it is all due to consistent, frequent exercise. <br /><br /> I love the comically bemused look that is, no doubt, dawning on your face even as you read these words. But it is true... 3 times a week does not cut it. At all. you should be working out AT LEAST 6 times a week, even if those workouts are no more than 45 min long. I suggest, for optimal workout results, starting on a 6 a week schedule, and then moving to doing 2 workouts a day at least 3 times a week. <br /><br />Caloric intake is a big part of it, and you got that down, but you need to step up your stepping up. <br /><br />Try this:<br /><br />Run / walk every day for 45 min in the morning. wake up early and knock it out before your morning shower / work routine. Sorry to hear it and bad times. Al...The gain sucks. Sorry to hear it and bad times. Also, I was almost on the BL on season 3, and sadly, season 4 too. Anyway, at the time the diet was different for each contestant, but roughly 1,000-1,3000 calories each and the diet was extremely high protein/low carb style. And daily workout was 6hours a day. So yea, incredibly unrealistic.<br /><br />And, if you're interested in taking a weight loss tip from a 600 pound man, today is your lucky day.
